What does Reisekrav cost?

You only pay if we win and you receive a payout. If the claim does not succeed, it costs you nothing. The commission rate is stated in full on the signing step, before you sign the authorization.

Which flights are covered?

Accepted Answer

EU Regulation 261/2004 covers all flights departing an airport in the EU/EEA, and flights arriving in the EU/EEA operated by an EU/EEA-based airline. Norway, Iceland and Switzerland are included.

How long do I have to claim?

In Norway you can generally claim compensation for disruptions going back up to three years. The sooner you file, the easier it is to gather evidence.

How much compensation can I get?

Between €250 and €600 per passenger, depending on the distance of your flight. The amount is fixed by regulation and does not depend on your ticket price.

What counts as a qualifying delay?

You're generally entitled to compensation if you arrived at your final destination three or more hours later than scheduled, the flight was cancelled with short notice, or you were denied boarding due to overbooking.

When is the airline not liable?

An airline can only refuse compensation if it can document that the delay or cancellation was caused by extraordinary circumstances outside its actual control, and that the consequences could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
