Terms of Purchase
The terms for using Reisekrav and buying a finished complaint letter.
These terms apply between you as the customer and Reisekrav Baber Ahmad (org. no. 937 839 952) when you buy a complaint letter via reisekrav.no. Please read them before you pay.
About the service
Reisekrav drafts a formal complaint letter grounded in EU Regulation 261/2004 based on the information you provide. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any airline or public authority. We review the complaint manually before sending the finished letter to your email. You then send the complaint to the airline yourself from your own email and remain the sender and party to the case — we do not act as your agent and do not contact the airline on your behalf. If the airline rejects the claim or does not respond, you can notify us and we may take the claim further — including to the conciliation board (forliksrådet) — together with our legal partner, the law firm Resolve Partners. This is at no cost to you; fees and legal costs are claimed from the airline. You must notify us, keep and forward the airline’s reply, and grant the authority needed. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any such further action.
What you pay for
For NOK 299 you receive one finished complaint letter tailored to your case, with the correct recipient and an indicative compensation amount. The price is fixed, with no commission or hidden fees. Any compensation is paid in full by the airline directly to you.
No guarantee of compensation
We do not guarantee that you will receive compensation. Whether the claim succeeds is decided by the airline and depends on the actual circumstances, including whether the disruption was caused by extraordinary circumstances. The amount we state is an indicative EU261 estimate, not a binding promise.
Price, payment and delivery
Payment is made by card via Stripe. The complaint letter is a digital service: after payment we quickly review your complaint and send the finished letter to the email address you provided, usually within a short while. Any uploaded documents are included.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because the complaint letter is digital content delivered shortly after purchase, we ask you before payment to consent to delivery starting, and to confirm that you then waive your right of withdrawal once the letter is delivered. Once the finished letter has been sent to you, the purchase therefore cannot be withdrawn. If you did not receive the letter due to an error, contact us at post@reisekrav.no.
Limitation of liability
The content on the site and in the complaint letter is general information and does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for sending the complaint and following up the case. We are not liable for the airline's handling or outcome, or for indirect losses.
Intellectual property
The complaint letter you buy is yours to use freely in your own case. The content, design and source code of reisekrav.no belong to Reisekrav and may not be copied or resold without consent.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are sought resolved amicably. Failing that, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian courts, or you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority/Consumer Council.
