What you keep
Compensation is fixed by distance and paid per passenger. The commission is calculated on the amount the airline actually pays, not on an estimate.

What you pay
- 10% is the whole price. You pay nothing to start, nothing along the way, and nothing if the claim does not succeed.
- The rate is the same 10% if the airline says no and the case has to go further. Our law-firm partner takes it to the Norwegian Conciliation Board (Forliksrådet) if needed.
- Other claim services often take 30 to 50% of the compensation.
