A lawyer takes the case

Let a lawyer take the whole case against the airline

If you would rather not chase the claim yourself, our legal partner can take the case over. You only pay if we win.

  • You only pay if we win — no win, no cost
  • A lawyer chases the airline and any dispute that follows
  • You sign one authorization, and they take it from there

What happened?
In short
  • 01Resolve Partners Advokatfirma AS, a Norwegian law firm, runs the case against the airline on your behalf.
  • 02You pay 10 % of the compensation, and only if it is paid out. No win, no cost.
  • 03You spend two minutes on the form and sign one authorization. Our legal partner does the rest.
  • 04If the airline says no, the case goes on to the conciliation board – still 10 %.

When it is worth handing the case over

Most airlines settle once a claim is properly substantiated. Some never reply, reject the claim on thin grounds, or drag it out. That is when having a lawyer on the case helps.

Our legal partner handles it from intake to close. You only pay if the claim succeeds and you receive a payout — if it does not succeed, it costs you nothing.

01

One signature

You describe what happened and sign an authorization. It gives our legal partner the right to bring the claim on your behalf.

02

No win — no cost

You pay nothing at the outset or along the way, and nothing if the case does not succeed. The commission is only deducted from compensation you actually receive.

03

A lawyer throughout

Our legal partner is a Norwegian law firm. They handle correspondence with the airline and take the case further if that becomes necessary.
